TMC's resource in the Clarion Clipperton Zone of the Pacific Ocean contains a very high concentration of nickel, copper, cobalt, and manganese, with an estimated resource of 1.6 billion tons of nodules, sufficient to support the electrification of 280 million EVs, equivalent to the entire U.S. passenger car fleet. The resource is in the form of polymetallic nodules, which sit unattached on top of the seafloor, so nodule collection requires no blasting, no drilling, and no diggingCraig has been CFO of TMC since 2021 and has over 18 years of combined experience in public investing, metals research, and investment banking in New York. He spent 12 years at King Street Capital Management, most recently as a senior analyst in charge of recommending investments in the global metals & mining space. He analyzed electrification trends, battery chemistries, and the resulting impacts on supply & demand for critical base metals, with particular expertise in nickel and copper. He also spent two years as the top-tier analyst on the insurance & asset management investment banking team at Morgan Stanley. Craig graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Doug Lawrence is the Managing Principal and Co-Founder of 5 Stone Green Capital LLC, a 100% green real estate fund. He has 30 years of distinguished real estate industry experience and is an industry leader on the application of sustainable principles to real estate. Prior to forming 5 Stone, Doug spent 13 years at JPMorgan and was a Managing Director and co-Portfolio Manager of the 100% green, and sustainably designed Urban Renaissance Property Fund. The Fund was the first of its kind on an investment management platform to utilize the science of green technology as a driving investment criterion. The fund which sold at a 50% profit just three years after its completion adhered to solid real estate fundamentals for acquisition and then utilized green technology to turbocharge operating performance. Doug also serves as vice chairman of Climate Group Americas.
