“Frances is a well seasoned international real estate sales, marketing and project coordination executive focused in the South Florida and Caribbean markets. She holds bachelor’s degrees in marketing and international business as well as an MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She obtained her South Florida real estate licensure in 2001. Frances has been featured as an international realtor selling properties in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic in HGTV’s popular show House Hunters International. She completed the Certified International Property Specialist (2010), Transnational Referral (2006), and Resort and Second Home Markets (2011) designations coursework from NAR. In addition, she holds a Project Management for Development (2019) course certificate from the Inter-American Development Bank.
In recent years, and due to what she believes to be a personal purpose, Frances has been focusing a large portion of her efforts in sustainable and regenerative real estate developments and projects. She intends to continue to grow this aspect of her business to protect the environment and regenerate our planet Gaia, through catalyzing regenerative practices in the built environment. She is a professional member of the International Living Future Institute, also pursuing ILFI accreditation. In November 2021 she completed Regenesis Institute for Regenerative Practice’s Regenerative Practitioner Series program and she is currently enrolled in ongoing continued education at Regenesis School. She also collaborates as a core team member of several blockchain based projects focused on planetary regeneration.
